When my wife set her mind on buying a house, I was concerned about what it might mean for me in terms of projects. I realized that there were some serious projects that needed to be resolved in the house, but primarily, there were a lot of problems with cosmetic issues. I started going through the space and evaluating different things, and we began working with the contracting team to take care of things.
